Terms and Conditions for Ticket Purchases

By purchasing a ticket through this platform, you agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of the Platform

Madeira Concerts acts solely as a technology intermediary and shall not be considered the provider, organizer, or responsible entity for any event listed on the platform.

The contract for the event is established directly between the customer and the event organizer.

2. Tickets

• Tickets are issued digitally and must be presented at the event.

• Each ticket is valid for one entry unless otherwise stated.

• The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry in case of fraud or misuse.

3. Event Changes

The event organizer may:

• Change the event schedule

• Modify the program or lineup

• Change the venue (within reasonable limits)

These changes do not necessarily entitle the customer to a refund.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Refund policies are defined by the event organizer.

• In case of event cancellation, a refund will be issued.

• In case of rescheduling, tickets remain valid for the new date.

Service/processing fees may be non-refundable.

5. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend the event does not entitle the customer to a refund.

6. Liability

Madeira Concerts is not responsible for:

• Event cancellations or delays

• Changes made by the organizer

• Any incidents occurring during the event

All responsibility lies with the event organizer.

7. Personal Responsibility

By attending the event, the customer agrees to:

• Follow venue rules

• Respect safety guidelines

• Comply with applicable laws
