João Alves, a 29-year-old Madeiran musician, started his career in the area of spectacle early, having joined several choirs, participated in festivals, concerts and musical theaters, standing out in performances as main soloist with some elements of the Classical Orchestra, Band Militar da Madeira, Parish Band of São Lourenço and with the Madeira Mandolin Orchestra.

Driven by a passion for music and a desire to pursue a musical career, he completed his final degree in singing at the “The associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music” in London, as well as courses in “Acting in Musical Theatre” and “Auditions Techniques” at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama and Guildford School of Acting music schools in the UK. Degree in Music from the University of Wolverhampton (United Kingdom). He launched in 2015 and 2016 on the adventure of producing musicals. Then came the musical “A Show of Three Halves” and “A Show of Three Halves II”, premiered on the stage of the Teatro Municipal Baltazar Dias and later presented in Wolverhampton (United Kingdom).

Baritone, pianist and composer created the concept Joves Productions, which foresees, in his performances, the meeting of artists. In this way, the musicians who are part of it are chosen taking into account their artistic skills, the musical context and the target audience, creating opportunities for new elements and promoting their own and innovative dynamics in the area of music, theater and dance. He is also the founder of an event support platform, bondingexperiences.com, which focuses on producing Masterclasses, Bootcamps, Retreats and Concerts at the beautiful Madeira Island and who knows in the future worldwide productions!!

O músico madeirense João Alves, de 29 anos, iniciou, muito cedo, o seu percurso na área do espetáculo tendo ingressado vários coros, participado em festivais, concertos e teatros musicais, destacando-se nas atuações como solista principal com alguns elementos da Orquestra Clássica, Banda Militar da Madeira, Banda Paroquial de São Lourenço e com a Orquestra de Bandolins da Madeira.

Movido pela paixão pela música e pelo desejo de seguir uma carreira musical completou o 8o grau de canto pela “The associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music “de Londres, bem como os cursos de “Acting in Musical Theatre” e “Auditions Techniques” nas escolas de música de Guildhall e de Guildford, no Reino Unido.

Licenciado em Música pela Universidade de Wolverhampton (UK), lançou-se em 2015 na aventura de produzir os seus próprios musicais estreados no Palco do Teatro Baltazar Dias e apresentados posteriormente em Wolverhampton.

Barítono, pianista e compositor criou o conceito Joves Productions, que prevê, em suas performances, o encontro de artistas. Desta forma, os músicos que o integram são escolhidos tendo em conta as suas competências artísticas, o contexto musical e o público-alvo, criando oportunidades para novos elementos e promovendo dinâmicas próprias e inovadoras na área da música, teatro e dança.
